I attended massage school at Northwest School of Massage in Bellevue, WA, and have been working alongside Dr Michael Weir at Back In Action Chiropractic & Massage since June 1st, 2015. In October 2019, I moved to Florence, Oregon, to start my own practice. I am currently located inside of the Empowered Living Wellness Center at 138 Maple Street in Florence. I take cash clients, as well as active PIP/motor vehicle claims and workman's comp for Oregon, Washington, and federal employees with a referral from your doctor.

I typically incorporate aspects of multiple modalities into each session. I believe in listening to your body to determine the best care plan for you. Your body knows how to heal itself, I am just there to help. 

I decided to go back to school to obtain my massage license after working many years in the health industry. I was tired of the typical western medicine philosophy of prescribing a pill to mask a symptom instead of helping the body to heal itself. After multiple surgeries and a motorcycle accident, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to help people heal and continue their normal activities.

I moved to the Oregon Coast in 2019 with my husband. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs who demand every moment of our extra time. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and cooking.
